Last week Councillors from West Hunsbury PC helped staff and students from Moulton College, Northants Acre and pupils from local primary schools to plant over 200 trees which will form part of the new Community Orchard at the Harksome Hill, Northants Acre site.

A reminder that the M1 between junctions 14 to 15 northbound will now be closed for 56 hours from 10pm on Friday 19 November to 6am on Monday 21 November. Following the pavement lowering works that were planned to take place between Friday 22 October – Monday 25 October. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the equipment making the specialist surfacing material, we were unable to complete these works. The road reopened on Saturday 23 October.
