Public Meetings

All Parish Council meetings are held in the Parsons Meade Community Centre and are open to the public, although it is at the Chairman's discretion if individuals are allowed to pass comment. At every Full Council meeting there is an Agenda item for Public Participation which gives residents the opportunity to address Council.

The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held in May. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense.
